One of the biggest misconceptions in the gym is the belief that so that people their fitness goals, they need training to reach from six to seven times per week. Remember, the body needs anywhere between 48-96 hours of sports activities. Growth takes place when we rest, when we train our body. If we do not allow enough rest time, our growth will be hampered and possible training plateaus occur. Try to exercise 3 days a week, and thus at least one day between training for the real relaxation.
