Is working out everyday too much?

One of the biggest misconceptions in the gym is the belief that so that people their fitness goals, they need training to reach from six to seven times per week. Remember, the body needs anywhere between 48-96 hours of sports activities. Growth takes place when we rest, when we train our body.
